In this Course you will become proficient in conducting surveys for the Customer Experience Team.  You will be taught how to access and utilize internal computer systems such as:

1. CQM

2. CSOKI

3.Wufoo

4. Ring Central

You will be provided scripting so that you can communicate to the customer in a clear and concise manner.  You will also be given de-escalation training to assist you in navigating the more upset customers you may encounter.

We will also discuss the importance of Team Work.  You are not on an island all alone in this department.  Use your resources you have around you.  That includes your team mates, team leads, and supervisors.  We are all here to work together and make the experience for the customer as wonderful as possible.

The Course will be divided up into 4 modules:

1. Learning the Phone System

2. Scripting and How to conduct the survey

3. Introduction to Systems

4. De-escaltation and Customer Service Skills

From your readings and video's, you will participate in Online Discussions, Individual assignments, Team Assignments, and online quizzes to check your knowledge throughout the course.

Be sure to complete all assignments on time and to the best of your ability.  These are the skills that will make you successful in your upcoming job assignment.  If at any time you feel you are not understanding or falling behind, contact me immediately so we can get you caught up and back on track with the class.

To Train New Employees

This training was developed for Kids of Grace volunteers and teaches the basics of classroom management, individualized instruction, and strategic teaching techniques.

Welcome to your class, MATD031 at Tusculum University.  This program is about helping students meet and exceed their potential by developing their own skills. 

This course is designed to take your English communication from messy to clear and from mediocre to meaningful.


After completing this course, you will be able to:

- Write a concise and clear business email.

- Distinguish between and comfortably use words with similar yet different meanings, such as "Hope" and "Wish".

- Stand in your customers' shoes and empathize with them.


Each week, you'll be given a PowerPoint presentation and/or a YouTube video to watch.  After going through those materials, you will be assigned a discussion board topic and an individual and/or team assignment.


This class is divided into 4 Modules.  The due dates for the assignment in the modules are written at the top (header) of each module.  Due dates can also be found when following the links to submit your assigments.


IMPORTANT: 

- Check your Tusculm email every day to make sure you don't miss a class announcement. 

- Keep track of your grades in the "Grades" link, located in the options column on the right side of the Moodle home screen.
