In this Course you will become proficient in conducting surveys for the Customer Experience Team.  You will be taught how to access and utilize internal computer systems such as:

1. CQM

2. CSOKI

3.Wufoo

4. Ring Central

You will be provided scripting so that you can communicate to the customer in a clear and concise manner.  You will also be given de-escalation training to assist you in navigating the more upset customers you may encounter.

We will also discuss the importance of Team Work.  You are not on an island all alone in this department.  Use your resources you have around you.  That includes your team mates, team leads, and supervisors.  We are all here to work together and make the experience for the customer as wonderful as possible.

The Course will be divided up into 4 modules:

1. Learning the Phone System

2. Scripting and How to conduct the survey

3. Introduction to Systems

4. De-escaltation and Customer Service Skills

From your readings and video's, you will participate in Online Discussions, Individual assignments, Team Assignments, and online quizzes to check your knowledge throughout the course.

Be sure to complete all assignments on time and to the best of your ability.  These are the skills that will make you successful in your upcoming job assignment.  If at any time you feel you are not understanding or falling behind, contact me immediately so we can get you caught up and back on track with the class.
